RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns & Exchanges If something is wrong, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging, and returned with all original labels and tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at marchiselle@gmail.com
Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Numbers If you return an order, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued until we receive the returned order.
Refunds Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned order. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank.
Non-refundable Services Shipping, shipping protection, priority processing, and priority shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancelled Orders
Cancelling Your Order We can only cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. If your order has been shipped, you will need to return the items for a refund.
Cancellation Penalty: All cancelled orders will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Returned Orders
Shipping Label Customers are required to print their own shipping label to ship the item back to the address provided.
Additional Information
Orders Sent in Error If an order has been sent in error, a replacement order will be issued at no cost.
Damage and Problems Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.

Orders Not Arriving Due to Customer Error If your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (for example, if you provided an incorrect shipping address),

Orders marked as delivered : If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the order. Customers are advised to contact the carrier directly with any issues regarding delivery confirmation.
Rejected packets
We do not cover or refund any orders that are refused delivery or returned to sender without our prior authorization. These orders are considered abandoned.
